Cultural fit & diversity

Clarify and articulate the key cultural elements of your organization to overcome social, racial, gender  or any other bias. We use the canadian TRIMA model and its dictionary of 120 transverse competencies to map, with a rigorous process, the distinctive character of your organization or of a position, into a dozen competencies.
