Organizational and governance models that embrace diversity and are inclusive of all the stakeholders and talents can help address the Energy Transition and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals

Changing a system sometimes involves taking a step back and observing it from the outside. Since, in this case, we are all part of the system, awakening our conscience, starting with a better knowledge of self, is an an essential part of the change process.

Modern challenges require a solid societal response, but embracing the motto "Alone I go faster, together we go further" is not an easy task. Fostering diversity, in particular, is an essential but challenging condition for the emergence of global solutions. We believe that to enable collective intelligence in a team, we need to cultivate a better knowledge of the other team members. A mutual appreciation of each individual's contribution to the common purpose will reinforce each other's strengths. The goal is to perform as a team in a co-responsible leadership mode that fulfils members' unique purposes and leverages their motivational drivers.

We will present LUSVAL's unique approach, integrating Sociocracy and the TRIMA model.

Sociocracy, also called dynamic governance, is a system of governance aiming for psychologically safe environments within productive organizations. It is based on consent and decision-making processes free of power dimensions within groups of people sharing common objectives, values, and work processes. It ensures that all voices are heard.

The TRIMA(TM) model comprehensively integrates three dimensions of human behaviour: Social Styles, Competencies and Leadership Styles. Each dimension is examined and inter-connected to gain insight into the strategic alignment (degree of coherence) particular to any individual. Alignment among the three levels allows individuals to behave dynamically at work and display coherence in their choices. Through an understanding of the group dynamic, the TRIMA approach effectively enables a team’s collective intelligence.

The number of participants in the workshop is limited to 12, to allow everyone to contribute actively.
